2024 Events Calendar

March 9th, 3:30-5:00 – Irish Pairing and Cider Tasting  This is a sit-down event. Taste 6 ciders, each paired with delicious, Irish, local food.

May 12th, 4:30 – Mother’s Day Strawberry Jam Listen to live music while you drink hard cider or NA options! 

July 26th, 5:00-7:00 – Dog Days and Peach Jam Live music (Just Tori!), hot dogs, games, prizes, …bring your dog!

Every Friday, August through October we offer Family Happy Hour from 5-7:00pm for evening fruit picking and $1 off all poured drinks both hard cider and non-alcoholic.

Sept 14th, 3:30-7:00 – Apple Jam Watch cider making inside our cidery, enjoy live music with the Grody Riggins Band. JoJoe’s food truck, and of course PICK APPLES! 

Pick-Your-Own Pumpkin Patch opens October 2nd and will be open throughout October. We recommend you bring your own knife or clippers! (Tractor-trailer rides on weekends only.)

In partnership with REI, we will celebrate outdoor recreation! On Sunday, October 6th, REI will lead a group bicycle ride and  have equipment demos from 11:00 – 5:00. Live honey harvest by American Bee Keeping will start at 3:30. Our apple-picking and pumpkin-picking will be in full swing as well.

Oct. 18th, 5-7:00pm – enjoy evening pumpkin and apple picking, live music with Brooke Blanche, and $1-off drinks for the whole family.

Nov. 16th – 3:30-5:00 Celebrate National Cider Day with a Pairing and Tasting event inside our cidery – stock up for Thanksgiving. Reservations required.

PARTY VENUE!

We are an excellent location for parties – birthday parties, coorporate parties, universities and schools.

  • Large, lighted shelter with tables, electricity and water spigot
  • Playground
  • Bathrooms
  • Optional extras, such as hayrack rides, bonfire, gas grill, etc. 

Reserve the picnic shelter:

  • $30/hour during business hours plus normal entry fee of $2.50/person 13 years old and older
  • $120/hour outside of normal business hours. This charge begins at 5:00 and must conclude by 8:30. The normal entry fee of $2.50/person does not apply. Maximum group size is approximately 50.
  • All reservations require a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your final bill at the end of your event if premises are left in good condition as determined by Meadowlark Farm employee.
  • NOTE: Due to high customer volume in October, we are not able to make reservations for weekend business hours that occur in October. October reservations must be for week days only or after business hours.

Options for extra fun:

The following are in addition to reserving the shelter:

  • Hayrack rides: $3.00/rider (minimum of $15)
  • Gas grill with gas provided – $50
  • Bonfire adjacent to picnic shelter (includes skewers for hotdogs or marshmallows) – $50
  • Other possibilities include picking fruit or pumpkins, feeding goats, walking or riding the nature trail, etc.
