Now Catering adult beverages for your local event!
Offering Cash bar (by the drink) and Host bar (pre-paid pours) service. We offer:
- Wide variety of our delicious estate ciders
- Local craft beers and wines
- Our own home-made root beer and sparkling cider (non-alcoholic)
$100 working non-refundable deposit required to book an event. Preferably one month lead booking time, but we can be flexible.
Cash Bar: drinks poured & charged to order
If the sales at the Bar fall below the minimum listed below, the Client makes up the difference. These vary depending on what is being poured:
Mix of Hard Cider, Beer, and Wine- $400.00
Hard Cider only – $200.00
Chit (ticket) bar can be done in tandem with cash bar (ex: each guest gets a drink ticket provided by the host. After these are used, guests may pay cash for further drinks).
Host bar: serving pre-purchased beverages
Minimum of one keg purchased at serving price of $200 for 5 gal (about 55, 12 oz. pours). Host bars are a good way to control consumption at work or family events.
Setup time is 1.5 hours prior to the event.
Service ware will be disposable non-glass 8-12 oz. options unless otherwise discussed.

POLICIES
Over Consumption – Our experience is that it is a rare occurrence where a guest will consume alcohol beyond a reasonable point. We will “cut off” people, when, in our judgment, their behavior is such that it is creating a problem for other guests. But our normal practice is to first attempt to find another guest who knows the problem guest and is willing to manage the situation.
Under-aged Consumption – We will never knowingly serve any guest less than 21 years of age, and will “card” any guests who appear to be under 30 years of age.
Tip Jars – It’s a normal practice at catered bars for staff to place tip jars on the bar top, and Meadowlark does this as well. If you would prefer we don’t have them, please let us know, and we will remove them.
